Humala wrongfoots ministry on his army records

Ollanta Humala, the controversial nationalist presidential candidate, appears to have scored a minor victory in his bid to dispel the charges filed against him for alleged human rights abuses in 1992. After having challenged the government to release his personnel files, Defence Minister Marciano Rengifo admitted to congress that three critical records had been removed from Humala's dossier.
