VENEZUELA: Rosales cleared of 'secessionism' charge

As the government stepped back from its attempt to link Zulia governor Manuel Rosales to a group allegedly demanding 'secession' for his state, the hardline opposition to President Hugo Chávez has unveiled a set of demands transparently intended to justify boycotting the December presidential elections.
