ARGENTINA: Army 'mea culpa' includes neoliberalism

In anticipation of the 30th anniversary of the 1976 military coup, the commander of the Argentine army, General Roberto Bendini, has made an unusual foray into politics by expanding his 'mea culpa' for the atrocities in which at least 18,000 were secretly killed, adding a critique of the neoliberal economic policies adopted by the military régime.
