Tracking Trends

MEXICO | Growth rate to approach 4%. Last week Finance Minister Francisco Gil raised his growth forecast for this year from the previous 3.2% - 3.7% to 'closer to 4% than 3.5%'. Speaking in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, where he was attending the annual meeting of the IDB, Gil said that after having recorded strong growth in the first two months of the year, March would show a good rate.
