COLOMBIA: A message not only for Havana and Caracas

The most strident Latin American denunciations of the world's most powerful countries at the Non-Aligned Movement's summit last week came, predictably enough, from Venezuela, Cuba and Bolivia. Their cue was eagerly picked up by the media, to the almost total exclusion of other voices, also strongly critical but less obstreperous in delivery. One such voice was that of Francisco Santos, vice-president of Colombia, the country most widely perceived as the staunchest ally of the US in the region.
