ARGENTINA: Dirty War witness "disappears"

Human rights groups are calling him number 30,001, the first under a democracy. The construction worker Jorge Julio López, 77, went missing on 18 September, the day before Miguel Etchecolatz, a retired police chief, was given life imprisonment for murder, torture and kidnappings committed during the dirty war. López was a key witness in the case.
