MEXICO: Bond issued. Mexico said that it would issue its first 30-year fixed-rate bond, denominated in pesos, in the final quarter of this year. The finance ministry expects to issue an M$2bn (US$182m) bond on 24 October. The government already issues 20-year peso bonds.
