MEXICO: 30-year bond. The government said that it would issue its first 30-year bond denominated in pesos on 24 October. The bond would be for M$2bn (US$182m). The finance ministry said that it expected to issue 30-year bonds every quarter from now on. In the "grey" or pre-issue market the bonds were changing hands at yields of between 8.28% and 8.26%.
