The government of President Evo Morales presented a document entitled "Towards a new justice system in Bolivia" to the media on 23 May. It contained 50 pages of studies by groups such as the Red Anticorrupción de Bolivia and the Comisión Andina de Juristas, as well as the results of the government's own investigations, which uphold comments by Morales this week that the judiciary is the most corrupt entity in Bolivia.
