Development: On 8 April, the government of President Evo Morales presented the findings of a report by the US consultants Ryder Scott, which put Bolivia's proven gas reserves at 9.94 trillion cubic feet (TCF), less than the 12.8TCF reported by the government in November and a far cry from the 26.7TCF reported in a 2005 study by another US consultancy, De Golyer and McNaughton.
