DEBT: Bottom fishing starts

Vulture funds, which aim to pick up risky investments and turn a profit, are looking again at Latin America. Two obvious investments are Argentine sovereign debt, which currently yields around 9%, and bonds from Venezuela's state oil company, Petróleos de Venezuela (Pdvsa), which currently yield even more: 14.85%.
