The central bank is pencilling in real annual GDP growth of between 4.5% and 6.5% in 2011. Carlos Cano, a member of the bank's seven person board, plumped at the beginning of May for a figure bang in the middle of this range: 5.5%. Officially the growth target is 4% to 6%.
