Development: On 31 May the third section of the criminal chamber of the Spanish national court (Audiencia Nacional, AN) granted the extradition request filed by the government of Guatemala, which wants to see the former minister of interior, Carlos Vielmann (2004-2007), tried in Guatemala for the extrajudicial execution of 10 prisoners.
