Development: On 31 May the Argentine foreign ministry presented the government of President Evo Morales with an official complaint following a surprise visit to Bolivia by Iran's defence minister, Ahmad Vahidi, who is wanted by Interpol for his alleged participation in the 1994 bombing of the Jewish community centre of Argentina (Amia) in Buenos Aires.
