Revolutionary loyalty might be the pre-eminent concern for Venezuela’s President Hugo Chávez and Nicaragua’s President Daniel Ortega over the imminent toppling of Libya’s Colonel Muammar Gaddafi but there is more than ideology at stake for other countries in Latin America, especially Brazil.
