Mexico’s Ni-Ni problem

There has been a plethora of data published recently showing that Mexico has one of the highest rates of youth idleness in the world. Indeed according to the Organisation for Economic Cooperation & Development (OECD), Mexico ranks third in the world, behind Turkey and Israel, in the percentage of its young people who are neither in education nor employment (Ni-Ni, in the Spanish shorthand).
