BRAZIL: US expects Brazil to be Number One in soya in 2011/12
The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) expects Brazil to overtake the US as the world’s biggest soya exporter in the current season (2011/12), with 38m t of exports, to forecast US sales of 36.06m t. This will be the second time that Brazil has overtaken the US to become the world’s biggest soya exporter.
