Poverty problems

In the first five years of President Felipe Calderón Hinojosa’s administration, the economy has grown by an average of less than 1.5% a year, which is less than the rate of population growth. His administration, however, can boast the lowest inflation rate for any recent Mexican government: 4.2% a year.
