Erpac members will hand themselves in
Development: Some 450 members of the neo-paramilitary Ejército Revolucionario Popular Antisubversivo de Colombia (Erpac) will hand themselves to authorities before year end, according to a report by the largest Colombian daily, ‘El Tiempo’, published on 18 December.
