PERU: Humala goes off to Davos

Perhaps the most definitive evidence of which side of the economic divide President Ollanta Humala stands comes with the announcement that he will seek foreign investment at the annual World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. Ministers from Brazil and Chile have long been Davos habitués while President Hugo Chavez of Venezuela dismisses the annual gathering as representative of a dying world.
