BRAZIL: Human rights get Rousseff into trouble

Putting human rights at the core of her foreign policy has, ironically, caused President Dilma Rousseff nothing but trouble.  This week Rousseff was subject to apparent complaints by Iran that she had done too much, and by Human Rights Watch and Cuban dissidents that she has not done enough.
