Argentina’s black Wednesday

Development: On 22 February at 8.33am local time in the city of Buenos Aires, a commuter train connecting the locality of Moreno and the Plaza Miserere station (commonly known as Plaza Once), failed to stop as it came into the station, colliding with the platform and leaving at least 50 people dead and 676 wounded.
