Development: On 15 March the US oil firm Chevron filed to suspend, temporarily and as a precautionary measure, its operations in Brazil upon the discovery of a small new oil “seepage” in its deepwater Frade field  in the Campos basin, off the coast of Rio de Janeiro state.
