Venezuela | Costa Rican diplomat released. On 10 April the Costa Rican commercial attaché at the embassy in Caracas, Guillermo Cholele, was released by his kidnappers. According to Venezuela’s minister of interior & justice, Tareck El Aissami, all members of the criminal group that abducted Cholele have been identified by authorities and the police are working towards securing their arrest
