BRAZIL: Lopsided growth is the dilemma

The government led by President Dilma Rousseff hopes that the strength of the local consumer market will help cushion overall economic growth again this year, even as the industrial sector loudly complains about being priced out of both domestic and external markets due to the strong Real and high local operating costs.
