POLITICS | Prosecutor requests that Boudou’s family is investigated. On 11 July Jorge Di Lello, the prosecutor investigating Argentine Vice-President Amado Boudou for alleged illicit enrichment, requested access to all financial details (debit accounts, fixed-term deposits, credit card statements, etc.) of the vice-president’s brother, Juan Bautista, and of his parents, Amado Boudou senior and Azul Sapin Acosta Alvarez. According to Argentine law, those who facilitate the concealment of assets receive the same criminal sanction as the corrupt official found guilty of illicit enrichment.
