BOLIVIA: Drug concerns take a new twist

President Evo Morales is facing new pressure over drugs and security. A deadly attack on two buses at the weekend by delinquents and suspected drug traffickers has revived concerns regarding crime and insecurity in Bolivia – widely perceived as the government’s main weakness. It has also focused attention on changing patterns of narco-trafficking activity in the country.
