MEXICO | Economic activity slowing. Mexico’s national geographic and statistics institute (Inegi) this week released the figures from its global economic activity indicator (Igae) which registered a 4.1% year-on-year increase in June. With this result, the Igae has posted positive increases in the last 30 consecutive months since December 2009 when it increased after 12 consecutive months of contractions.
