FOREIGN RELATIONS | Argentina takes Ghana to court. On 14 November Argentina presented a formal complaint before the International Tribunal for the Law of the Seas, demanding that Ghana releases the Fragata Libertad training vessel from the port of Tema, “Immediately and unconditionally”.  The presentation is of “summary character”, meaning that it must be addressed urgently; Foreign Minister Héctor Timerman said he expects the court to call the first hearing for late November or early December.
