ECUADOR: Will big prize elude Correa?

Not since the return to democracy in 1979 has a single political party held a congressional majority in Ecuador. The weight of history is against President Rafael Correa as elections approach on 17 February 2013. But, if anyone can reverse this trend and secure the coveted but elusive majority, Correa can.
