“Mexico has not achieved the advances that the population demands or deserves,” President Enrique Peña Nieto said during his inaugural speech. The team of ministers he has selected to deliver these advances contains a mixture of the new and the old, but not the dinosaurs that dominated previous administrations run by the Partido Revolucionario Institucional (PRI).
