COLOMBIA: Renewed coca concerns

Anti-drugs efforts by the government of President Juan Manuel Santos have come under renewed scrutiny in light of the fact that one of the central demands of the Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (Farc) at the peace talks in Havana is the cessation of all eradication activity.
