Bolivian opposition challenge TCP ruling

Development: On 30 April the former president, Jorge Quiroga (2002-2003), filed a complaint before the Organization of American States (OAS) against a previous-day ruling issued by the plurinational constitutional court (TCP) allowing President Evo Morales to run in the 2014 presidential election.
