Venezuela - from little birds to war planes

Development: On 10 June Colombia’s Vice-President Angelino Garzón suggested that the Colombian government could ask the United Nations (UN) to investigate claims by a former Venezuelan minister that Botogá-based members of the Venezuelan opposition had negotiated the purchase of 18 planes from US dealers, ostensibly to attack Venezuela from a ‘US military base’ in Colombia.
