PAN and PRD look for unity ahead of BC election

Development: On 23 June Gustavo Madero, the president of the opposition Partido Acción Nacional (PAN), and Mexico City’s Mayor Miguel Angel Mancera, of the also-opposition Partido de la Revolución Democrática (PRD), gave a joint press conference in Tijuana, Baja California (BC), in which they offered their joint support for the state’s gubernatorial candidate, Francisco ‘Kiko’ Vega de la Madrid.
