For Growth - More Businesswomen Needed

With five female heads of government (Dilma Rousseff in Brazil, Cristina Fernández de Kirchner in Argentina, Laura Chinchilla in Costa Rica, Kamla Persad-Bissessar in Trinidad and Tobago and Portia Simpson-Miller in Jamaica), and a sixth likely on the way in Chile (both leading candidates in the scheduled  November presidential election are women) it can be argued that the political representation of women in Latin America and the Caribbean is rising. Is something similar happening in the business world?
