MEXICO | Seeking the silver lining. Amid all the doom and gloom and talk of impending recession in Mexico, as economic growth figures continue to disappoint and forecasts fall commensurately, President Enrique Peña Nieto is groping around for positive figures to present to the public. He found two this week - foreign direct investment (FDI) and inflation.
