Development: On 3 December ‘Iván Márquez’ (Luciano Marín Arango), the chief negotiator for the Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (Farc) in the peace talks with the Colombian government in Havana, Cuba, said that if bilateral ceasefire was an impossibility, then the two sides should try to find a way to “regularise” the conflict while the talks continue.
