CHILE: Key indictment in the 'Missing' case

Twenty years after the event, a judge in Chile has indicted a former military intelligence agent, retired Lieutenant-Colonel Rafael González Verdugo, as a direct accomplice in the 1973 murder of US national Charles Horman, a journalist. For many, the name of the victim will arouse less recognition than that of the Costa-Gavras film Missing, in which Jack Lemmon portrayed Horman's father.
