Paraguay: Public transport strike averted, for now

Development: On 5 August the Paraguayan government led by President Horacio Cartes announced a preliminary deal with the Asunción metropolitan area association of public transport service providers (Cetrapam) by which Cetrapam agreed to postpone a three-day strike scheduled to start today (6 August).
