Development: In an interview with local media Radio Kiskeya published on 14 January Jude Célestin, the presidential candidate of Haiti’s opposition Ligue Alternative pour le Progrès et l’Emancipation Haïtienne (Lapeh) party, said that he will not take part in the 24 January presidential run-off with Jovenel Moïse of President Michel Martelly’s Parti Haïtien Têt Kalé (PHTK).
