Development: On 9 February Franklin Gutiérrez, the president of Asociación Departamental de Productores de Hoja de Coca de La Paz (Adepcoca), one of the main coca growers’ (cocaleros) organisations in the Los Yungas coca producing area of Bolivia’s La Paz department, announced blockades would be set up today (10 February) on local roads, including that linking the city of La Paz with Los Yungas.
