Colombia gov’t to put revised Farc deal for congressional approval only
Development: On 22 November Colombia’s President Juan Manuel Santos announced that the revised peace deal that his government has struck with the Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (Farc) leftist guerrillas will be signed on 24 November and then sent to the national congress for approval.
