Blow to credibility of Colombia's transitional justice process

Development: On 25 September, Colombia’s high commissioner for peace, Rodrigo Rivera, announced that his office had found that nineteen suspected drug traffickers, all wanted in the US, had been included on the list of individuals eligible to be tried under the transitional justice system to which the Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (Farc) guerrillas agreed to subject themselves as part of their peace deal with the government.
