BRAZIL | Rousseff's nominations. President Dilma Rousseff nominated the former president of Brazil's central bank, Henrique Meirelles, to preside over the Autoridade Pública Olímpica, which will coordinate R$30bn (US$18bn) of public and private investments for the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro in 2016.
