EL SALVADOR: 'Unveiling' gang connections with cartels and guerrillas

El Salvador's street gangs have linked up with Colombian guerrillas and Mexican drug-traffickers, according to the Salvadorean national police. This claim was made just as consultations began on the drafting of a new, permanent antigang law to replace the second temporary one that is about to expire.
