Turmoil in Venezuela as Guaidó is declared interim president then detained

Development: On 13 January, Juan Guaidó, the president of Venezuela’s national assembly (AN), denounced that agents from the national intelligence service (Sebin) had illegally detained him for around half an hour in an attempt to silence him.
