* Brazil’s finance secretary, Waldery Rodrigues, has presented the government’s latest official GDP growth projections for 2019 as part of the economy ministry’s second bimester report on primary revenue and expenditures. The Brazilian government now forecasts 1.6% growth for 2019, down from the 2.2% projected in this year’s first bimester report.
