María Jara Risco said this will bring high-speed broadband connection to 900,000 people in the four regions. The broadband connection project will involve the installation of 342 digital access centres (CAD), of which 118 are to be located in Áncash, 92 in Arequipa, 71 in La Libertad, and 61 in San Martín.
