MEXICO: New migrant caravan prepares to go north

On 8 October Luis García Villagrán, the director of the Centro de Dignificación Humana en Tapachula, a Mexican migrant rights advocacy NGO, confirmed that a group of African and Haitian migrants that have been granted temporary residence permits by the Mexican authorities will embark on a caravan to the US.
